Day Position – Mon – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform batch sampling for incoming leaflets to verify quality and segregation of product.
• Maintenance of COA’s (Certificate of Analysis).
• Perform Quality Calibrations as stated in SOPs.
• Maintenance of all Retains.
• Maintenance of Pest Control Program.
• Quality reports.
• Perform Batch Reviews.
• Maintenance of Quality Manuals.
• Investigate complaints and maintenance of RA/NC/CM/MD spreadsheet.
• Oversee SOP Revisions and Renewals.
• Perform process audits and documentation audits.
• Send out supplier surveys.
• Create and conduct cGMP annual training.

Knowledge/Skills:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Be proficient with Excel & Word.
• Strong math, grammar and communication skills (both verbal and written). 
• Handles and prioritizes multiple tasks.
• Has attention to detail.
• Is courteous, friendly and cooperative.
• Takes initiative and meets deadlines.
• Understanding of Quality and/or Printing processes and procedures preferred.
• Has the ability to foresee problems.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to see all color spectrums.
