CIA WHEEL GROUP is Hiring a Human Resources Business Partner Near Ontario, CA

JOB SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in shaping a workplace where people come first. As a trusted advisor to our leaders, you'll guide performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and more. From full-cycle recruitment to strategic partnerships with business leaders, you'll drive initiatives promoting a positive workplace culture where employees can do their best work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Train and Coach Leaders: Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on all people-related matters. Offer day-to-day performance management support, including coaching, counseling, career development, and handling disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Lead in recruiting top talent for field and corporate positions. From sourcing to onboarding, ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Offboarding and Onboarding: Facilitate seamless transitions for departing and new employees. Conduct exit interviews, manage offboarding processes, and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs to set employees up for success from day one.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair and compassionate manner. Act as a mediator and advocate to promote a healthy work environment.
  • Turnover/Headcount Reporting: Prepare and analyze turnover trends and headcount data to evaluate trends and identify areas for improvement to develop strategies that enhance employee retention and engagement.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leadership to understand their unique needs and challenges. Proactively identify opportunities to align people strategies with business goals and develop actionable plans to drive success.
  • Maintain Accurate Employee Files: Ensure all employee records are up-to-date, organized, and compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Keep the organization informed and equipped with essential training and development initiatives. Identify training needs, coordinate learning opportunities, and promote a culture of continuous growth and learning.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with country, state and local employment laws including company policies and procedures. Assist in the updating, development and implementation of policies and procedures as needed.
  • Assessing current culture: Conduct regular assessments and surveys to gauge the existing organizational culture. Analyze data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement. Translate these into actionable cultural initiatives that resonate with employees at all levels.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7 years of Human Resources experience
  • Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, handle confidential information with discretion, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fostering a workplace culture where all employees feel valued and supported.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience and or/education.
