CI&T is expanding the team in Brazil and is looking for an experienced Senior QA Manual Automation Tester for one of the UK's biggest telecom companies, working in their start-up incubator, accelerating the build and launch of an MVP for a new type of service for the company. 

As this team will be responsible for bringing to market a new proposition and business, we are looking for someone with high ownership and accountability, a team player, and positively collaborative and communicative. Someone who feels comfortable challenging the status quo and takes an active role in driving the product forward with a delivery mindset and thrives when empowered with autonomy 

To Be Considered You'll Need:

- English fluency ( you have to have excellent English skills in conversation to join in meetings with the customer )

Responsibilities:

-Be an integral part of the team, actively contributing towards the development of test strategy, tools, and services.

-Design and create automated test cases to address business and technical use cases.

-Be responsible for ensuring product quality

-Requirements for this challenge:

-Experience with Automation on Mobile Applications (iOS and Android)

-Manual, exploratory testing of mobile applications (iOS and Android)

-NodeJS Test Automation

-Experience as a mobile Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role, performing software testing activities (Test Plan, Test Script, Test Execution, Bug Report) for mobile applications

-E2E Testing

-knowledge in BDD (Behavior Driven Development), Cucumber

-Advanced communication skills in English

-Strong manual and exploratory testing of high fidelity, complex flow, security-focused and API-driven native iOS and Android mobile applications

-Strong understanding of mobile application capabilities, device and OS variants, and how to execute tests that reflect real-world conditions

-Experience in mobile test automation, e.g. Appium, as well as leveraging device farms for visual regression testing

-Understanding of git or other source control & also task management tools ( e.g: Jira);

-Experience working within a mature CI/CD environment and how QA participates;

-Strong experience working in agile teams exhibiting best practices

-Improve the quality standards and processes, making sure they are being followed by the entire team throughout the development life cycle;

-Look for continuous improvement, also increasing the use of test automation inside the development team;

-Validate acceptance criteria from stories along with PO and Scrum Master and then utilize them as part of your testing plan.

Document, manage and communicate quality metrics and KPIs
