Hey! I am Thainá, a Talent Analyst looking for people in Brazil who would like to be part of our team as a a Senior Level Automation Tester to work on a international project.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for our web components.

- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects.

- Ensure the compatibility of our web components across different browsers and devices.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of software.

- Application of concepts such as the Test Pyramid

- Solution for regression and acceptance testing

- Training your team members

Requirements for this challenge:

- Experience with Test automation (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Jest) for back and Frontend

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal for a Technical and Non-Technical audience.

- Excellent collaboration skills.

- Experience in planning, controlling, specifying and executing web based tests.

- Experience in defining, collecting, measuring, and presenting Quality Metrics for continuous improvement

- Task management tools (e.g. GitLab, JIRA)

- Experience in documentation to clearly report defects and improvements;

- Knowledge of testing pyramid;

- Advanced English level for conversation.

Nice to have:

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and tools like Storybook

- Familiarity with Web development languages (HTML, SASS/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)

- Familiarity with React and Java or Kotlin

- Experience with Playwright
