We are expanding our team in Brazil and we are looking for a Senior TechnicalBusiness Analyst to work in our Agile development team.

The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for helping to design, develop, and deploy business-facing technology solutions. The role requires a solid understanding of business requirements documentation and software development processes. This position will work closely with the protfolio team in a highly collaborative manner and interface with technical.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand the business objectives and functional requirements necessary to perform their roles efficiently and effectively.

- Elicit, capture and interpret business problems from multiple perspectives; present implications and recommendations with strategic perspective, influencing project parameters and outcomes.

- Perform requirements gathering and solution design.

- Develop requirements, write user stories, and design user interfaces of any new functionality that can be understood and built by the development team.

Requirements for this challenge:

- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated command of both languages (English and French), clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation.

- Strong knowledge of Business Analysis and Software Development.

- Experience translating business needs into detailed technical specifications for application development.

- First-hand experience of development and development process is crucial.

- High level understanding of code to collaborate with developers to design new solutions and provide support.

- Strong knowledge of software development and implementation/deployment lifecycle and best practices.

- Excellent organization and documentations skills, with the ability to design and facilitate a group process, elicit contributions, stimulate focused discussions and achieve a desired outcome; consensus builder.

- Experience with Agile Development methodologies.
