Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements. The role requires a high level of technical knowledge and strong analytical skills to write user stories for our development Teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to our web platform

Write user stories using JIRA

Meet with Business Product Owners to get and review requirements

Align with Architectural Team on recommendations from a technical perspective

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.

Conduct alignments with Test Team to review acceptance criteria and clear questions

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Experience as a Business Analyst in web development projects.

Fluent English to be able to talk with business clients, partners, and properly create documentation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Experiences and knowledge with data bases

Experiences and knowledge with SQL

Experiences and knowledge with Power BI

Spanish communications skills is a plus

Knowledge of Content Management Systems is a plus.

Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and/or Figma is a plus.

Knowledge of decoupled architecture systems is a plus
