• Be the primary project contact for clients on assigned active projects. Act as the main voice they will hear re: project details, field questions, provide updates, lead calls and meetings (internal and external), and troubleshoot any changes or issues along the way.
• Manage Web and App projects from Strategy to UX/Design through Development, using tools such as our PM workflow software, as well as JIRA or Microsoft ADO for tracking deliverables during agile development. These projects will sometimes include content development and always will have an SEO component before launch.
• Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution, including timelines and budget burndowns.
• Review (and sometimes contribute to) budget briefs, proposals, and SOWs and accompanying estimates to ensure clarity for project execution.
• Implement CID best practices in leading internal & external meetings: provide agendas, be attentive, stellar note taking, communicate next steps, etc.
• Review project reports and provide updates and plans to the client and team for project milestones. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Tracking hour allocation: % done vs. remaining
• Tracking budget: % done vs. remaining
• Creating and updating deliverable timelines
• Plan for your resource needs and associated timing of hour allocations. Then work with the Resource Manager to ensure resources are secured and allocated for your project.
• Final QA and proofreading reviews of project deliverables before sharing with clients.
• Creation and management/negotiation of change orders, when required.
• Tasking team members with their assignments, and motivating them to meet deliverables, budgets, and record time accurately.
• Conduct team retrospectives (both internal and external).
• Use previous experience and insights (if applicable) or be willing to train on managing other project types in service areas such as digital marketing, strategy, video, animation, and branding/content/design.
• Mentor more junior team members, when occasions arise.
• Continue your education in the project management field, as well as in marketing and our client’s industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $87,500.00 per year
