In this important and visible role, you will engage with Departments, Areas and the HR Operations team to ensure that the delivery of HR Operation's systems, tools and services are continually improving to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the Human Resources strategy and mission the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. As an improvement oriented HR professional your focus will be to understand customer needs and collaborate with HR Operations experts to provide optimal solutions and a proactive strategy to best deliver the essential work of HR.
