Company DescriptionHere at Chubb Fire & Security we have an opportunity for an Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Excellence Teams based at our Head Office in Blackburn (BB1 2PR) on a full time, permanent basis.Job DescriptionWhat You Will Be Doing As A Customer Service CoordinatorYou will work closely with a dedicated Account Manager to assist with the day-to-day management of a number of key corporate customer accounts to ensure all customer needs are dealt with in a professional, efficient manner whilst always achieving total customer satisfaction. Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the key customers including intelligent decision makingWork closely with several Account Directors, to manage day to day client expectationsPro-active management of outstanding jobs – order, service and calloutsBuild professional business relationships with designated customers Management of visit reports and quotationsResolution of customer disputes including liaison with other areas of the business as necessaryPreparation and submission of weekly/monthly/annually KPI informationOrganisation and prioritizing of own workloadProviding reports and PowerPoint presentations to Account managers and Clients.QualificationsWhat We Would Like You To BringYou will be an exceptional Administrator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ideally you will have a background in coordinating / supporting volume or national customer accounts, or have worked within an account management environment.
