Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Prior Industry experience
Ability to work well in a team environment
Industry knowledge relative to installation methods of pavers, plantings, walls, etc.
Valid Minnesota or Wisconsin Drivers License and acceptable driving record
Ability to operate truck and trailer combination
DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to operate heavy machinery
Foreman:
2 years of proven landscape & machinery operation experience
Prior leadership experience
Ability to read landscape plans
Responsibilities include:
Ensure the successful installation of Garden Beds, Plantings, Sod, Seed, Artificial Turf, Fence, Drainage, Pavers, Retaining Walls, Boulder Walls, Landscape Steps, Grading, etc.
Understanding & picking up tasks.
Receiving direction & identifying needs on a jobsite.
Performing all responsibilities to company standards.
Interact with supervisors, project foreman, and clients to ensure clear communication throughout all projects.
Foreman:
Lead, supervise, manage, & participate in landscape projects from start to finish.
Manage a team of 1-3 members, jobsite progress, and material.
Ensure reasonable production schedules.
