Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Christopher Oliva & Co is a productive coastal residential real estate sales team with Compass RE in Ocean City NJ. Our business over the past 36 years, comes almost exclusively through referrals from past clients and friends. We are committed to excellence in serving our clients and our mission is to earn their loyalty as their trusted real estate advisor. Our team members are exceptionally skilled and possess a high-expectation mindset on delivering world class service. We are currently seeking a collaborative, “go-getter” who can embrace our concierge, closing, and marketing administrator role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide assistance and support for closings, marketing, and administrative projects
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections and closings
  • Ensure proper forms and information is communicated in a timely manner
  • Execute marketing strategy; newsletters, social media, mailings, client events
  • Update CRM and project tools
  • New Listing Input (MLS) Picture Administration
  • Prepare buyer and listing presentation folders, closing and client gifts
  • Provide hospitality and support to both clients and team members
  • Organize and maintain office supplies; provide general office organization
  • Run errands (office and event supplies, dropping checks off to attorney’s office, Signs, Lockboxes, delivering items to clients).

Job Type:

Part- Time or Full-time

Experience:

Work Location:

  • One location, 201 34th Street Ocean City NJ 08226

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, (may need contracts prepared from home on weekends)
