We have an immediate opening for a motivated Facilities Maintenance Coordinator. This part-time position would cover various facilities maintenance duties for two of our facilities.

What you will be doing:

In accordance with the mission and vision of Christian Family Solutions, the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator ensures our facilities are safe and clean environments for our clients and employees. The primary location for this position will be located at our STRONG Day Treatment Clinic in Milwaukee, WI, with some work being completed at our corporate office/outpatient clinic located in Germantown, WI.

This individual will:

• Develop and adhere to maintenance policies & procedures which ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment.
• Manage and perform repair/maintenance on all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
• Ensure facilities maintenance work follows safety standards, conforms to specifications, and that work orders are tracked and completed within the budgeted guidelines.
• Transfer/move any furniture and equipment.
• Wall repair including drywall patching and painting.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors engaged for facility renovation projects.
• Assume an integral role in promoting and implementing safe, clean, and healthy environments for our clients, residents, staff, and visitors.
• Maintains security of the building and grounds.
• Oversee snow removal & grounds maintenance of facilities. Both indoor & outdoor work will be required for this position.

Hours are:

Approximately 24 Hours per Week

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required. Associates degree or certificate of training in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Two or more years of facilities management experience.
• Experience and skills in the following areas: general HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills, allowing for ability to perform routine maintenance across a broad spectrum of issues.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently and manage multiple projects, with a high degree of self-directedness.
• Experience managing contracts and services with outside vendors.
• Must have a valid State of Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record.
• Understanding and experience in inventory control and budgeting.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Skills to comprehend blueprint details and specifications.
• Flexibility in hours to cover emergencies or clear snow
• Ability to plan and schedule daily and weekly maintenance schedules.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
• Strong internal customer service skills and the ability to communicate proactively both in written and verbal form with all levels of the organization.
