Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.3 years of management experience in facilities/construction.Valid California Driver's license.Knowledge of principles and techniques of personnel supervision and training.Current laws relating to school construction, and contract administration.Working methods and procedures used in the building trades, crafts, custodial, grounds and maintenance operations.Heating and ventilating systems and their upkeep and repair. Safety programs and procedures.Prepare verbal and written reports.Safety and hazardous materials experience desired.
