We have an immediate opening for a motivated, Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Coordinator. This position would cover maintenance coordination as well as daily facility and maintenance tasks for The Gardens of Hartford, a beautiful 48-apartment RCAC senior living community located in Hartford, WI. What you will be doing:
In accordance with the mission and vision of Christian Family Solutions, the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator manages the maintenance and operation of The Gardens of Hartford. This individual will:
Both indoor & outdoor work will be required for this position.
Hours are:
Monday-Friday, approximately 24 hours per week.
Must be willing to work on-call hours on evenings and weekends
