Job Summary:
We seek a Marketing Specialist at Christian Church Homes (CCH), to play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to provide affordable housing solutions. This full-time, exempt position requires flexibility for evening and weekend commitments, particularly for events involving the CEO and other organizational leaders.
Under the direction of the Director of Administration, in partnership with the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of marketing and communication efforts relating to the Organizations efforts and achievements, including but not limited to; event planning, managing social media presence, overseeing the organization's website and branded assets, collateral creation, and project managing outsourced marketing and event vendors.

Reporting Organizational Relationships
This position will report directly to the Director of Administration and supervises the day-to-day activities and staff of one or more functional areas within a department and performs related work as required.
Compensation & Classification
CCH is committed to paying competitive wages. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. CCH has a competitive benefits package with health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 8% of an employer contribution for retirement, and more. This is a full-time, exempt position. This position is based at the CCH Central Office - Walnut Creek.
