Job Summary
We seek an Assistant Community Manager to support and advance all efforts to maintain the efficient and safe management of affordable housing properties developed for senior citizens. The ACM helps maintain positive rapport and communication with employees, residents, regulatory agencies as well as community constituents.

This position will report directly to the Community Manager.
Compensation & Classification
CCH is committed to paying competitive wages. The salary range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hourly. CCH has a competitive benefits package with health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 8% of an employer contribution for retirement, and more. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position is based at Powell Vista Manor & Mattie Younkin Manor located at 4125 SE 182nd Ave & 2400 NE 27th Drive, Gresham, OR 97030.

Physical Demands
