We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Monitoring/Contract Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer accounts and coordinating various contract-related activities. Responsibilities:

• Customer Account Management: Update customer information, add new accounts, and maintain accurate contact and billing details. Process emergency contact forms promptly and ensure up-to-date records.
• Monthly Billing Audit: Verify billing accuracy, make necessary changes, and incorporate new billing information as discovered to ensure precision and consistency.
• Processing Monthly Monitoring Billing: Efficiently process, email, and upload billing information in OPS/Vendor Café on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Monthly Collections: Manage collections for all monitoring accounts, ensuring timely payment and resolving any outstanding issues promptly.
• Monitoring Cancellation Processing: Coordinate the cancellation process by notifying the fire marshal, monitoring agency, and updating system notes. Correct or delete billing transactions as necessary.
• Monitoring Contract Creation and Execution: Prepare monitoring contracts, send them to customers, and facilitate the execution process. Ensure all documentation is accurately saved on the server.
• Maintenance and Updating of Monitoring Account Spreadsheets: Maintain and update spreadsheets for Centralink/NMC and Liftmaster/Mofi Cards, ensuring accurate and accessible records.
• Vendor Management Maintenance: Onboard new property management companies in OPS, RealPage, VendorCafé, NetVendor, Vendor Access, Nexus, and Coupa. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with vendors.
