Christensen & Spath LLP is Hiring a Litigation Associate Near San Diego, CA

Litigation Associate

Downtown A-V rated law firm, immediately seeks civil litigation associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident, timely and effective communicator and can efficiently complete multiple projects delivering quality work product.

Individuals that qualify as federal Section 3 individual occupants of Public Housing or recipients of Housing Choice Vouchers or earning at or below 80% of Area Median Income are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

· Must be admitted to practice law in California.

  • Must have at least 3 -5 years of experience in civil litigation.

· Court experience including law and motion, discovery motions, deposition experience, trial work, including both bench trials and jury trials desired.

  • Experience drafting pleadings, and other work associated with the practice of civil litigation under very minimal supervision.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Compensation based on experience.

· Health and Dental Insurance

· 401(k) retirement plan

· Paid Parking

· Discretionary Year-End Bonus

· Annual Reviews

· Compensation based on experience with a salary range of $100,000 - $140,000.

Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid possibility after waiting period)
