Responsibilities:
-Assist with the daily operation of multiple classrooms, as needed.
-Follow daily schedules and routines in multiple classrooms to ensure consistency for the children, as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience for all students
- Use effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
- Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children through engaging classroom activities
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the childcare facility
-Assist with various center tasks, as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for all ages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in-person and through parent app.)
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Certification or degree in early childhood education is preferred
