The Direct Support Staff is responsible to assist in providing support to youth in a placement setting to promote intellectual, behavioral, emotional, and social growth.

The primary duty of the support staff position is to ensure safety, effective supervision, and engagement of youth during high traffic times.

Required Attributes : At least 21 years of age . High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate and furnish proof of same. Valid Pennsylvania's Driver's license.

Individual must be insurable by Christ's Home insurance carrier. Must have clean Child Abuse Clearance and Criminal History and furnish proof of same.

Must be free of communicable disease and have Physician signed certificate of the same. Must be able to meet the physical demands of working with children.

This position is hourly and Full-time. And requires a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends and occasional holidays.

Schedule is determined by area of greatest need.

One FT position available at our Warminster location and one FT position at our Paradise location.
