We are seeking a skilled and creative Editor to join our team full-time in-house in Downtown LA to help us tell stories for our YouTube Channel and premium corporate content. We are looking for someone who has a passion for storytelling, strong eye for detail, very organized, and can carry the edit through to a complete and polished video that meets our standard of quality. The ideal candidate should have a grasp of pacing/structure/storytelling of both cinematic narrative content as well as standard YouTube content.

We need someone who truly understands what we are doing and aligns with the company ethos and culture. We are in the leadership, personal development, coaching field and need a candidate with knowledge and a real interest in this field.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our production team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Edit from the raw footage into final polished videos to be posted on a regular basis.
• Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Can fully utilize the DaVinci Resolve workflow.

Experience:

• Video Editing Software: Primarily - DaVinci Resolve (Required)
• Adobe CC Suite, specifically Photoshop or After Effects (Basic Experience Required)

Skills:

• Highly Proficient troubleshooting and technical skills
• Familiarity with color and sound editing in DaVinci Resolve is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
