Chris Castanza Insurance Agency is Hiring a Customer Service Associate Near Harrisonville, MO

Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our insurance company clients and policyholders. You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. If you have previous insurance experience in a customer service role and have a friendly, client-first attitude, please apply today!Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our organization
  • Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries
  • Confirm client insurance coverage and provide evidence of insurance papers to policyholders
  • Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
  • Apply appropriate changes to consumer policies based on the information provided
Qualifications:
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience required for this position
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Get an Insurance License, and once licensed, sell your appointments
