You’ll be responsible for creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverage, and converting quotes into new policies. You'll also help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. $35,000 - $50,000 yearly

• Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
• Apply appropriate changes to consumer policies based on the information provided
• Track current marketing activities, so you can appropriately respond to insurance-related inquiries with all of the resources at your disposal
• Manage inbound calls related to insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general queries
• Communicate with the customers about complaints, give acceptable solutions, and follow up to ensure that the problem was fixed

• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred
• Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
• Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
