Qualifications:

· A minimum of 2 years in Financial Services experience

· Exceptional organizational skills with consistent execution

· Meticulous adherence to procedures while completing tasks

· Resourcefulness in problem resolution

· Exceptional communication skills, adept at building trust with clients through proactive interactions

· Ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively

· Persistence to achieve quality

· Track record of handling detailed work with precision

· Proficiency in adapting to new software programs

· Previous experience in customer service roles

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming new business client calls in a friendly, warm manner
• Record notes from every client conversation in the Keap database, alert Advisor if issues arise
• Attend client meetings as needed to complete any necessary applications and transfer paperwork
• Complete and process new business applications – start to finish
• Track all pending applications/pending transactions
• Create appropriate client file for each new account – electronic and paper as needed
• Submit any additional client contributions/check deposits to appropriate accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
