PositionOverview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join ourdynamic team. As the Restaurant Manager at Chotto Matte, you will play acrucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, workingclosely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the business. Yourresponsibilities will include managing staff, maintaining high servicestandards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and exceed guest expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain optimal levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Participate in planning and executing promotions and special events.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
