Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager

Location: Miami, FL (with oversight of Toronto and SanFrancisco locations)

Salary: Up to $120,000 per year (depending on experience)

Chotto Matte, a leading Japanese Peruvian fusionrestaurant group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional MarketingManager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami,with oversight of our Toronto and San Francisco locations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee marketing strategies and activities across multiple sites, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
• Manage and mentor the onsite marketing executives at each location, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, PR, and promotions.
• Analyse local market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.
• Travel to Toronto and San Francisco locations as needed, and work effectively across different time zones.
• Work closely with stakeholders and report into the UK-based head office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on large-scale campaigns within high-end multi-site hospitality groups.
• Proven experience managing and leading marketing teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and work effectively across different time zones.
