Facility Administrator- Chosen Healthcare

Job Summary:

The Administrator is responsible for overseeing operations of all aspects of the Facility, subject to oversight and coordination with the Regional Director of Operations and Chosen Healthcare’s Management Team.

Description:

Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Operations, the Administrator directs the operations of the various departments of the Facility to ensure that the quality Resident care is maintained at all times in accordance with State and Federal Regulations, Facility policies & procedures, and Resident directives, while administering efficient, safe and productive operation of all other aspects of the Facility.

Qualifications:

Current Nursing Facility Administrator or Health Facility Administrator (as applicable) license issued by the state Department of Health in good standing;

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university preferred, or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education & experience;

Successful completion of Administrator-In-Training program;

Satisfactory OIG exclusions and background check;

Satisfactory personal & professional references;
