Overview

Chord Specialty Dental Partners is searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategy Manager to join the Office of Transformation. In this critical role, you will partner with the executive leadership team to execute the full potential plan designed to deliver exceptional patient care while achieving stellar financial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with Executives, Senior management, board members and other stakeholders to provide insight, recommendations, and performance updates on business strategies
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestments through due diligence and financial analysis
• Direct M&A activity and de novo growth initiatives, to include the development of integration playbooks and the establishment of a strong acquisition pipeline.
• Identify and evaluate key areas of risk and opportunity
• Establish and monitor (KPIs), provide performance reports and offer strategic advisory services
• Manage cash flow and ensure audit assurance for financial processes and controls.
• Develop investment strategies, optimize capital structure, and explore financing options for corporate development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years of experience required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Dental or Healthcare experience a plus
• Prior M&A experience a plus
•  Ability and willingness to work on-site
