Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations at the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and hospitality management.
Duties:
- Manage and lead the front of house staff (servers, bartenders, support)
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with new employee onboarding
- Attend bi-weekly/monthly manager meetings with BOH to ensure all aspects are running smoothly.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service management
- Knowledge of front of house operations and procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in assistant manager or kitchen management roles is a plus
- Experience with bartending/cocktails is a plus
