Choozle is Hiring a Learning Specialist Near Denver, CO

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in onboarding and training new accounts, ensuring that customers harness the full potential of our platform. As a Learning Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and guide them through the learning process to maximize their success.

SALARY $72,000-$85,000

LOCATION: Denver, CO preferred location, although applicants from other states within the US are welcome to apply. Some travel required. This is a hybrid work model for Denver, CO.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the initial experience for all new clients, which includes owning platform onboarding, implementation, training and increasing initial adoption to improve long-term retention and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for clients, covering various aspects and capabilities of the Choozle platform
  • Customize onboarding processes based on clients' specific goals, objectives, and skill levels
  • Provide hands-on guidance to clients in setting up their accounts, navigating the platform, and configuring campaigns, ensuring that all new clients are comfortable in the platform and set up for success.
  • Facilitate clear communication and workflows between project team members, including sales and account teams, to ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Maintain expertise on all of Choozle’s current features and product enhancements, and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure training content reflects the latest features and best practices
  • Create instructional materials, tutorials, and documentation to support the learning process
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and offer proactive recommendations to enhance programmatic campaign performance
  • Gather client feedback to understand their experience and identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and training processes
  • Work closely with the sales, account and product development teams to communicate client needs and feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and relationship

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience in training, onboarding, or customer education roles within the AdTech or Programmatic Advertising industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Client-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve success
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on industry trends
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
