We are seeking a Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare Training Strategy (CEWTS) Writer with the following skills in the Fort Eisenhower, GA (formerly Fort Gordon) area. The position requires a candidate be a US citizen and to have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Description

  • Develop Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare Training Strategy (CEWTS).
  • Provide executive level staff analysis, writing, planning, publication, and oversight for the Cyber School's Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Training strategy (CEWTS) publication and the Electromagnetic Warfare Training Standards publication.
  • Write, research, analyze, home station training strategy, integrating concepts, lessons learned, and best practices of Army and Joint cyberspace operations and EW activities.
  • Analyze, validate, modify, write, and edit this new CEWTS product and its accompanying EW Training strategy.
  • Develop a strategy for converged cyber and electronic warfare conducted by deployed military and intelligence assets, specifically for service-retained assets.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of cyberspace operations and EW roles, missions, capabilities, and organizations.
  • Conduct and coordinate staff analysis, planning, and coordination for the entire spectrum of Cyber and EW educational areas specifically focused on the delivery of a CEWTS framework document and EW training standards for the Total Force.
  • Write, analyze, research, disseminate, and publish three (3) training circulars for the institutional Education, Home Station Training (HST), and Total Force Operational Training strategies.
  • Provide CEWTS Institutional and HST training materials to ensure a continuum of learning Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare professionals. encompassing, cyberspace operations, electromagnetic warfare (EW) and doctrine-related publications and products.
  • Analyze, validate, modify, write, and edit this new CEWTS product and its accompanying EW Training Standards.

Requirements

  • Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in a related field or have a combined minimum of three years of experience writing cyberspace operations and/or EW doctrine.
  • Have two years of experience and knowledge to coordinate and collaborate with Army proponents, units, the DA Staff, and other agencies responsible for Doctrine, Organization, Training, materiel, Leadership and Education.
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience and knowledge in Cyberspace and Electromagnetic Warfare operations.
  • Three years of experience and knowledge in the capabilities and limitations of applicable Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
