**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are safe and operational at all times.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment

- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend repairs

- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff

- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors when necessary

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment

**Qualifications:**

- Strong problem solving skills

- Experience in facilities maintenance

- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with staff

- Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing and repairing equipment issues
