Position Summary
The Home Health Administrative Specialist, under direct supervision, provides clerical support within an assigned department.
As a Home Health Administrative Specialist, you will:
Receives/directs incoming calls
Orders office supplies
Processes AP
Assists with car stock supplies
Serves as HR designee
Scans into EMRs
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Strong data entry and auditing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)/ Google products
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Time management
Analyzing information
Confidentiality
Ability to prioritize work
Ability to work independently and with others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to type 50 WPM
Must be able to pass background check
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Auto Insurance
HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
At least 2 (two) years’ experience in office processes preferred
Healthcare Office Experience preferred
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, shifting priorities and meetings deadlines
