Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Loan Officer to assist clients in obtaining commercial loans. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and guide them through the loan application process.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Loan Officer with 3 years of experience to target small business sectors
• Gather information from applicants re their business, lending, and earnings
• Provide financial guidance and advice to clients
• Utilize lending authority to approve/reject loans
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Motivated relationship builder
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and follow through skills
• Current knowledge of lending laws and able to relate to all levels of business

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
