We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong culinary background. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in the food industry looking to showcase their talent in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties:**
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for consistency and taste
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following food safety standards
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a bakery, restaurant, or catering environment
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and pastry production
- Ability to use kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, and baking utensils effectively
- Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Culinary or baking certification is a plus
