Your Responsibilities Support preparation and coordination of quarterly earnings deliverables, including press releases, earnings call script, investor presentation, infographic and Q&A materials for senior leadership Facilitate process of storytelling through partnering with key business stakeholders to gather information related to quarterly performance and distilling key insights for senior leadership Develop executive-level reports around shareholder data, stock performance, market conditions, industry trends and peer analysis for C-suite and the Board of Directors Monitor analyst valuation models and research coverage Work across the Company to ensure consistency in external messaging, drive data integrity and governance Help coordinate investor engagement events including investor days, industry conferences, roadshows, investor meetings and shareholder outreach; prepare briefing books for CEO/CFO and drive the tracking and reporting of these efforts Manage the IR website content and partnership with outside vendor Maintain and manage the investor engagement database Manage the investor relations mailbox Identify and communicate ways for the IR program to continuously improve Provide analytical and decision-making support for ad-hoc and special projects Your Experience, Skills & Competencies Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communication or equivalent; Advanced degree preferred 5 years of related experience in investor relations, strategy, consulting, financial communication, equity research, corporate finance and/or corporate development Superior writing and communication skills are a must Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with attention to detail; understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques preferred Ability to translate complex data and topics into easy-to-understand language Superb cross-functional project management skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization without formal authority Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, works well with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment Your Team This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Director, Executive Reporting & Investor Relations. You will have a peer teammate and collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis. Your Work Location As our Investor Relations Manager you will be a remote based associate, working from your home. You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom, with possible periodic travel in-person to our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide offices in Rockville, MD or Scottsdale, AZ. We are focused on safety and wellness in our offices, and as such, as a Choice associate you will be required to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status and provide a copy of your vaccination card.
