POSITION OVERVIEW : As a member of our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL, you will work with others who take pride in their duties and strive to serve our customers.

This position is responsible for supporting accounting and billing functions. This includes, but is not limited to : invoicing, billing, and sales support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conduct daily checks to ensure invoices are generated and forwarded to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up and assist with EDI invoices flow.
• Validate and report billed prices based on settled contracts.
• Send Invoices to customers.
• Help to maintain customers’ database.
• Provide analysis and reports when required by management.
• Ability to make analytical decisions and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in billing and accounting (preferred).
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent PC skills.
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

JOB ENVIRONMENT :

• Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
• Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal.
• Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday.
• Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties.

This position requires satisfactory passing of a drug test in accordance with Florida Statute 440.102.
