Duties:
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
- Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure the health and safety of our customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:
- Food preparation: Ability to follow recipes and prepare food items accurately and efficiently
- Math: Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals
- Sales: Strong customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience and upsell menu items
- Food service: Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling: Experience handling cash transactions accurately
- POS: Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system is preferred but not required
- Bussing: Ability to clear tables, clean dining areas, and maintain cleanliness standards
