Hours are 9:30/10:00am-4:00pm

Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, possibly some Saturdays and Sundays when covering for our current bartender.

$13/hr, plus tips

IMPORTANT: Training will take place in the evening, 3:30pm-7:00/8:00pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Adhere to all recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including equipment and utensils
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer behavior and enforce responsible alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage presentation
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines is a plus
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and craft beers is an advantage
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory management

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
