Position Summary
Responsible for providing exemplary guest service by creating a positive impression of the Winner’s Circle Club and its benefits. Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the Player’s Club for assigned shift in the absence of the Supervisor.

Education
High school diploma or GED.
Experience
6 months experience as a Player Services Representative OR 2 years experience in a position with high volume customer contact.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office beginner level.
One year of computer experience with database maintenance required.
Certificates & Licenses
Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.
Other Requirements
Knowledge of job specific information.

Work Environment
Work will take place in a busy gaming environment with multiple distractions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The environment is subject to smoke and the associated affects.
Working Conditions
Conditions of employment include passing a pre-employment drug screen, a background investigation, and completing a 180-day introductory period. Must be flexible with work schedule with some overtime required. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals.
