Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our team. As a School Teacher, you will be responsible for educating and nurturing students, providing a safe and engaging learning environment, and promoting their overall development. Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational programs and initiatives
- Implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special education requirements
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance the learning experience
- Promote student engagement through interactive activities, discussions, and hands-on learning opportunities
- Monitor student behavior and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of subject matter, such as math, literacy education, physical education, or preschool curriculum
- Familiarity with child development principles and best practices in education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
