We are looking for happy, high-energy, and experienced teachers to join our Lighthouse family! We are looking for loving Teachers. We have a supportive team, on-the-go training, weather days, Paid Holidays after 90 days, and lots more.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students (infants to per-preschooler & after school kids) and possess a strong background in childhood development, literacy education, and behavior management.

Duties:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans as per our unique curriculum that meet the educational needs of students
- Provide individualized instruction to students with varying learning abilities
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents or guardians

- Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency

-Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program strongly preferred

Requirements:

- High School Diploma (Required)

- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
- Previous experience working with children or students
- Knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

Full and Part-time openings are available. Current openings include full-time roles (9:30a-6:30p or 9a-6 pm) for varying ages as well as a part-time closer (2:30-6:30). All shifts require Monday- Friday attendance.
