Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Office Manager/Medical Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our Pediatric clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic

- Supervise and train administrative staff, including receptionists and Medical Assistants

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of all patient information

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office management role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical EMR software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
