We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!
As the receptionist for our busy pediatric clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our families. You will greet families as they arrive, answer phone calls, help out with administrative duties as well as attend to the needs of families throughout their visit. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive to the clinic
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Help keep track of clinic inventory
- Serve as a substitute for other roles within the clinic
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
