General Purpose of Job (Full job description will be provided upon interview)

This position is responsible for coordination of the Family Mentor Program providing programmatic
support, training, and acting as the liaison for referrals from Case Management Organizations.
This position will serve as the Faith-Based Liaison and volunteer coordinator for the agency.

M I N I M U M R E Q U I R E M E N T S

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Certificates, License, Registrations, background checks, drug screens

Valid driver’s license required  E-Verify (US Citizenship Verification) is
Clean Driver’s license check is required required
No special certification or registration is  Criminal background screening

required for this position mandatory (Local Law/FBI/FDLE)
Drug Screening is required
