General Purpose of Position (Full job description will be provided upon interview)

This position is responsible for recruitment and coordination of the Family Mentor Program, with a focus
on Fathers. This position will provide programmatic support, training, and act as the liaison for referrals
from Case Management Organizations.

Education / Experience / Certification

Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited college or university with a focus in Marketing,
Communication or Public Relations preferred.

Other Qualifications

Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently

Certificates, License, Registrations, background checks, drug screens

Valid driver’s license required, and clean  E-Verify (US Citizenship Verification) is required
driver’s license check is required, with  Criminal background screening mandatory
proof of insurance (Local law enforcement and FBI/FDLE)

Drug Screening is required  No special certification or registration is required
for this position
