Qualifications:
Required: Minimum of 5 years clinical and pediatric experience. Completion of Master of Science in Nursing, ND, DNP, PhD or current enrollment in a Master of Science in Nursing, ND, DNP, PhD with a focus in clinical specialization. Strong computer skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills with hospital/clinic staff, providers, children, parents and visitors. Preferred: Experience in leadership, consultation, education, research and interdisciplinary collaboration preferred. Knowledge of quality tools, process improvement, and patient safety/error prevention highly preferred. Multilingual. Required License/Certification: Current Minnesota RN license.
