The Clinical Practice Specialist is a leader in advancing practice and excellence, both within the nursing or behavioral health profession and within the context of collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, to improve patient outcomes and systems of care. The position improves practice and patient outcomes across the care continuum through implementation of evidence-based care, consultation, research, education and establishing organizational standards.

Education: Master of Science in Nursing if area of specialty is Nursing. Master of Arts or Master of Science in behavioral health related field if area of specialty is Behavioral Health.
Experience: 5 years clinical and pediatric experience.

Licensure(s): Current Registered Nurse (RN) if area of specialty is Nursing. State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) if area of specialty is Behavioral Health.

Guidelines: Advanced full performance professional level work that requires additional knowledge, education, training or experience. Salary Information
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $95,802.09 to $143,703.13Benefits Information
