Children's Coalition for Northeast Louisiana is Hiring a CLASS Observer Contractor Near Monroe, LA

We are seeking Contracted CLASS Observers who are interested in conducting Pre-K, Toddler, and Infant classrooms.Essential Functions And Basic Duties
  • Conduct scheduled CLASS observations
  • Code observations
  • Complete debriefing forms
  • Upload completed observations into the CLASS EC Portal
  • Complete the above duties in accordance with the Children's Coalition Lead Agency CLASS protocol
Qualification Requirements
  • Must have at least 2 years' prior experience working in the early care and education programs; which may include childcare, Head Start, Early Head Start and school system programs.
  • Certification through Teachstone as a reliable CLASS Observer preferred. Teachstone CLASS certification may be provided for otherwise qualified applicants willing to become certified. Specifically, we are looking for reliable CLASS observers.
  • Must pass a child care criminal background check.
Compensation
  • The Children's Coalition for Northeast Louisiana will pay contractor at the rate of $200 per completed CLASS observation.
