We are looking for a Residential Support Specialist to walk alongside our community's most vulnerable in efforts to support the daily tasks and functions necessary to restore the lives of families impacted by trauma.

As a Residential Support Specialist, professionalism, life skills coaching, briefing, and creating healthy boundaries is critical in supporting residential needs.

A Residential Support Specialist must be able to:

• Model appropriate behavior in difficult or challenging situations
• Provide professional support for families impacted by trauma
• Build case plans specific to an individual's needs
• Embrace accountability as a mode of rebuilding skills and goals necessary for independent living
• Speak fluently in Spanish/English

A Residential Support Specialist must be able to recognize behavior counterproductive to growth and healing; maintain confidentiality; must be 21 years of age; and must have a valid drivers license.
